  • Kathleen Lau

    APA MUSCULOSKELETAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    APA SPORTS & EXERCISE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Kathleen graduated with her physiotherapy degree in 1996 and completed her Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in 2004. She has extensive experience working in both public hospitals and private practice, with a special interest in hand therapy and sports rehabilitation. Since 2004, Kathleen has been part of Carlingford Active Health, where her passion for helping patients return to their best drives her work. Outside of the clinic, Kathleen enjoys staying active through running, cycling, and adventure racing, and spending time with her family on outdoor adventures.

  • Lauren Cain

    APA SPORTS & EXERCISE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Lauren graduated with her physiotherapy degree in 2005 and completed her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2009. She has extensive experience in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a long-standing role as Head Physiotherapist for the Pennant Hills Demons Australian Rules Football Club. Lauren also has a passion for teaching and mentoring, serving as an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Macquarie University and a clinical educator for physiotherapy students. Outside of work, Lauren stays active with running and gym sessions all while balancing the busy family life of kids and sport.

  • Caitlin Hort

    APA SPORTS & EXERCISE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    HIGH PERFORMANCE IN SPORT

    Caitlin graduated with her physiotherapy degree in 2017 and quickly transitioned from hospital work to her true passion: sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Since joining Carlingford Active Health in 2020, she has taken on the role of Head of Performance at Pennant Hills Demons Australian Rules Football Club. Caitlin is also a clinical educator for ACU and Macquarie University and has completed her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy and High Performance in Sports through ACU. Outside the clinic, Caitlin enjoys the gym, bushwalking, and brunching with friends — often accompanied by her cavoodle, Nutmeg.

  • Jack Dickinson

    APA PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Jack holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Technology Sydney, following a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. He is both a Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach for Blacktown City, with experience working with Sandringham Zebras, Brisbane Lions, AFL umpires, and Bourke Warriors. A passionate sports fan, Jack enjoys watching soccer, cricket, AFL, rugby league, and basketball. When not on the field, he loves skiing during the winter months.

  • Jason Lee

    APA PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Jason graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2021 and has since completed his Masters in Physiotherapy at Macquarie University. He first connected with Carlingford Active Health during his placements and quickly became part of the team. Jason is also a Physiotherapist for the Pennant Hills Demons Australian Rules Football Club and represents the clinic at sponsored Little Athletics Clubs during the summer. Outside of work, Jason enjoys Taekwondo, swimming, and hitting the gym. Known as "Mr. Masterchef," he often surprises the clinic with his baking skills. True to his routine, you can always count on him for Saturday noodles!

  • Annika Stanton

    PHYSIOTHERAPY PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Annika graduated from Macquarie University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2024, following a double degree in psychology and human movement in 2020. With a 15-year background in dance and experience as a dance teacher, Annika brings a strong passion for movement to her practice. Outside of work, you’ll find her in reformer pilates classes, at the beach, or hitting the dance floor. Annika promises to bring the burn alongside energy, great vibes, and music to every Pilates class she teaches!

  • Oscar Suitz

    FRONT OF STAFF OPERATIONS

    Oscar is currently studying a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University and first connected with Carlingford Active Health during his placement. Thrilled to join the team, he’s excited to contribute to the clinic's dynamic environment. Outside of work, you’ll find Oscar on the basketball court, reading, or indulging his passion for movies.

  • Arya Yogesvaran

    FRONT OF STAFF OPERATIONS

    Arya is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce and Law at Macquarie University and first connected with Carlingford Active Health as a patient. Now part of the team, she’s excited to welcome patients and contribute to the clinic's dynamic atmosphere. Outside of work and study, you’ll find Arya enjoying documentaries, cooking, or cheering on her favourite F1 team and driver.
