RECEPTION / FRONT OF STAFF

Carlingford Active Health is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist/ Front of Staff Operations.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will:

Manage reception duties such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
Assist with clinic operations, including managing payments and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Have the chance to work closely with our team of physiotherapists and patients.
Have the opportunity to contribute to our social media presence by creating engaging health and fitness-related content.

Flexibility with hours (though shifts will be set).
