High performance testing is crucial for athletes aspiring to enhance their sporting abilities across various disciplines. Our high performance testing includes a set of assessments designed to measure your physical and performance characteristics. This evidence-based testing is utilised to improve and optimise your performance in your sport. The tests utilised are tailored to the specific sporting and individual needs and will provide a detailed analysis of an athlete’s strengths and areas of improvement.

Our testing sessions involve 40 minutes 1-on-1 with a highly experienced sport and exercise physiotherapist with further qualifications in high performance sport to assess your flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, functional capacity and power, just to name a few areas. By the end of the session, we will be able to talk about where we are going to tailor your training program and how we are going to optimise your physical and performance characteristics.
